Best Buy Robbed Me - Roadie Stole my order

I reported immediately and called, emailed, chatted agents at Best Buy. They gaslit me and never issued a refund or even a gift card for the value of the stolen airpods. I was completely robbed of $500+ and will never shop at best buy again.

Hard to connect

It take me 10-15 minutes to connect them to the iphone 14. It says connected on blue tooth but the phone will not switch over to head phones. Restart the the phone, on and off blue tooth, i tried it all. Software in the headset is messed up.

Good headset but unreliable

Even reseting it does nothing. Apple would be well to incorporating an off button into it

Just ok now wow!

The battery life sucks and the connectivity is too sensitive to all my Apple devices especially if they are close range. i wish I purchased the Beats Studio instead.
