Very nice bass, however they are not loud. Would be perfect if they were louder. Definitely not worth the price.

Do Not Buy - No After Purchase Support

I an only assume that Apple wants to kill this product line off. While headphones themselves are nice and well integrated with the phone Apple has zero interest in supporting them after you buy them. Since they have no power button they need to be in the special slip cover that comes with them to enter low power mode (and even then there is still continuous power drain). If you lose the slip cover Apple will not sell you or provide a replacement. You just have to take your chances with sketchy third party options or prowl eBay for a second hand OEM one. If I had known they didn’t support these I never would have spend $500 on them. Pathetic Apple, you’ll take people’s money for them but can’t be bothered to ensure they stay usable afterward.

    Fatal flaw

These headphones were phenomenal, the first day I got them I listened for a couple hours at home with getting stuff done around the home. The next day I was sitting at my desk at work, took the headphones off and popped on of the earcups on. Just sitting at my desk, editing photos, I had somehow accumulated moisture in the earcups and saw that moisture all over the drivers. After about five minutes online, I realized the apple care I bought was useless and that everyone is experiencing this to a degree. The Apple care is useless because this concern makes the headphones a ticking time bomb. It’s not a matter of if the moisture will kill them, it’s when. And when it does Apple will tell you that there is water damage. So you either pay a ton of money to have them fix it just to have the problem again, or you pay a bunch of money for a new pair to have that problem again. Just get something else. Wait for Apple to make a proper gen 2 so they can brag about how they are IP rated now.

They are okay. Too expensive for the sound and features. Bowers and Wilkins or Sennheiser would be a better pick for the money.

I wanted to like these, but they began to itch badly after putting them on my ears. I thought something was wrong with my ears and took the headphones off. I tried again the next day, and the same issue occurred. I googled and saw that other people had the same problem. For $500 headphones, I shouldn't have to put rubber covers on to avoid the issue. I returned them.

Headphones are constantly disconnecting. It’s not worth 500$ i would buy a fake pair just for the appearance these are the worst headphones ever. They do not stay still for the gym or even walking they are constantly falling down. These headphones aren’t worth 500$ they are poorly made
