I believe the quality it’s poor. It’s was for my husband Xmas gift dint like it

Ok, for the price these things suck. After a few months it becomes a struggle to connect to the iPhone. I have to drop it from the phone and start over connecting it at least once every day. Too expensive for this hassle.

They look amazing but they are to heavy no recommended for working out

The mic broke right before he put it on. He went to adjust it and it just fell off

my item was never deliver - best buy did not take responsibility and they refused a refund or replacement. never purchase anything from BestBuy online unless you want some headaches .

Keeps on disconnecting. Went to best buy to try to get it repaired but they said it needs to be replaced.

Had to return them. The sensors were faulty meaning everytime I took them out of the case they wouldn’t connect or recognize that they were on my head. New pair works fine though

Best Buy is a scam! I DO NOT recommend buying from them especially online. I ordered a Mac that was never delivered & they are taking no accountability. Customer service is complete trash, conveniently no one is s able to help with issues, you’ll just receive excuses that a ticket was made with no further explanation.

Sound was okay but if you want any bass then get something else. The ear covers made my ears/head itch during use.

Very good sound quality and noise cancellation and aswell as the noise transparency. The look of them are also very appealing and I tend to put them on just for the look of them. In addition the button's are very easy and straightforward to use, and aswell as the battery life being very good. These headphones are very simple yet great and I would definitely be purchasing them again in the distant future!

Stopped charging after using it for 3 months. I took it to the gym maybe 3x and then it stopped
