I needed to extend the strength of my wi fi to reach my entire apartment. The Airport Express was sold to me by a salesperson who said that it would work. The more expensive unit was rejected as unneeded. I bought GEEK insurance. What a joke. The unit did not work. A geek squad person came to my home and told me that I needed something else not the Airport Express. He told me that that i needed a "covert agent "to tell me my problem and recommend a solution. I PAID for this advice. After vacation I called for a covert agent and got a date. I was told that the agent would recommend a solution but would not speak to Best Buy to get what is needed. The Geek Squad changed the date to a date that will force me to pay for another Geek Squad visit. Now I have a product that does not work , I paid for insurance, then I paid the Geek Squad and I will have to pay them again if, in fact, they have a solution. CAVEAT EMPTOR everybody!!

my apple airport extreme was in a room in the very back of a somewhat large house and my TV in the front room was buffering while streaming movies, so I got the airport express and plugged it in centrally located in the house and now I never have a problem streaming from apple tv or any other source.

A great alternative to stringing 200' of cat 5 cable to drive a receipt printer in our retail shop.

Our older apple airport went out after about 5 years of use so it was time for a new one. Easy setup

This device is the secret for high CD quality 16-bit, 44.1kHz AirPlay streaming. Hooked up to a Hi-Fi system with an Audioquest RCA to 3.5mm cable and couldn't be happier with the results. I stream lossless Tidal from my phone and it sounds amazing.

The best thing about is it is so easy to install even technology dummies like myself can rave about!

I would suggest this product to anyone that has apple products because of the integration of Airplay.

I use it to extend my current Wi-Fi Apple network within my two-story home! My base station is upstairs and I put the Airport Express on top of my refrigerator! I now have great coverage downstairs as well as outside on my patio/deck!

I like it but it's too expensive. Not sure why it needs to be so expensive. Good product though.

These are great little routers for the money. Easy to setup and add to an Extreme to extend network.

If you have multiple Apple devices, this is great and very easy way to connect to the internet. The "Apple Airport Express Base Station" is reasonably priced particularly compared to the competition such as Netgear. In addition, it's square base has a small footprint. Also, there is no need for multiple antennas to maximize performance. This is a classic Apple design that works very well!

Simple to set up, doesn't take up much space, but POWERFUL boost to wifi signal. Made a huge difference in page loading speed on our iPads, macbook, and iPhones. Use two - one to boost signal on one side of the house and another for the other side of the house. Couldn't do without these.

Easy set up but wish it had as much extended range as the extreme which has excellent range.

I had bad connection in my house. So the Apple Salesman recommend the Airport Express. It's great.

Great product, pricy but it worth it. Easy connection and reliable so far. No issues, in few words simple and functional. The only concern is that the surface is normally running hot so it has to be consider when the device does not receive enough ventilation, probaly that issue can lower the performanceI had that issue so I moved it to an open area with hard surface to spread the heat and since then it is working perfrctly.

I like the ease of use of this router and how easy it was to setup. Nice router.

We use this everyday. Music streaming through the whole house is a wonderful way to entertain my kids and not having to stop our play to go out of the room to turn it on has made listening that much better. I recommend this to anyone who loves to enjoy music at the touch of a button!

Just wanted everything to be Apple compatible and it is easy to setup.
