    Install on my apple iPhone was super easy. Install on my windows laptop, not easy. The only way to install this thing on a windows computer is to go online before you install this and download the software for this. Apple does not provide it with this unit. ( you'd think they would. It must cost too much for them. They don't make enough money.) After downloading this program the very same software was recognizing that this unit was connected, but ..... Not able to communicate with it. After several times of powering down & on again, I called my Internet provider & they did not recommend any apple routers. They recommend the Cisco linksys routers. I even called the Geek Squad & they recommend the same thing. I returned this unit & uninstalled every thing connected to this unit on my laptop. I reconnected my old router just fine. Works great with other apple stuff, but not with any thing else.
