Customers consistently note the AirPort Express Base Station's ease of use, impressive range, and strong signal strength as significant benefits. Many appreciate its compact size and straightforward setup process, while seamless compatibility with Apple products is also frequently praised. However, some users find the price to be relatively high and express a desire for more ports. The device's performance is generally viewed favorably.

I love this product. I just added a 4th one in my house and they are all networked together. Extending the network is great.

We have used Linksys wireless routers for several years, but have not been satisfied with the range & the difficulty in setting them up. Switched to the Apple Airport Extreme, which was very easy to set up, but wanted more coverage from the basement to the second floor. The Airport Express now gives coverage throughout the whole house & outdoors.

This is a great upgrade, although it does not plug directly into the wall like the previous version. This is a good and bad thing as you now have a long cord to deal with. I am using it to extend my main Airport Extreme and it is doing a great job of getting WIF down to my basement. Worth the money to pick up this device.

Bought to extend my WiFi where the signal of my existing AirPort Extreme couldn’t reach. Set up was super easy. Both airports dectected each other automatically within my Mac’s airport utility and auto set up the express as a slave to my extreme. Seamlessly extended my network with no issues.

I purchased this to extend the WiFi range in my home. My primary router is a TimeMachine. The Extreme works well to extend the range and is a "no-brainer" to set up...all done automatically by answering a few questions when the Airport Utility, native to Mac OS, detects the new station. Literally plug and play.

I recently bought a Time Machine extreme and needed a little boost for the third floor of the house so I thought I would try this - before I was pushing 24MBS and I placed this on the 2nd floor and was hitting 43 MPS - for easy streaming on the third floor - it plugged and played flawlessly with very little set up.

I bought the Airport Express to boost the signal I was getting in my office because the wireless router was in the opposite side of the house. I had a laser printer that I had never been able to work wirelessly but when I plugged it into the AE usb port both of my computers could print to it. I love the product. Can't beat Apple in my book.
