This unit provides glitch free audio and video streaming on an Airport Extreme dual band Wi-Fi network. Specifically, a Sharp Aquos HDTV was having difficulty using it's own built-in Wi-Fi to stream Netflix. There were occasional freeze ups and unexplained drop outs. The router is located far away on the other side of the house. This is probably due to the HDTV not having an optimal internal Wi-Fi antenna placement. Using the Airport as the Wi-Fi connection and then connecting it to the TV's ethernet jack has solved the problem entirely, no dropouts glitches or other problems whatsoever now. An added bonus is AirPlay streaming of music to the TV's external Zevox speaker via the AE. Easy set up via the iPad app for Airport, finished in a few minutes.

have several Apple Wifi components as part of the WIFI system on 3 properties, Easy to set-up and very efficient when activated. Apple support is not that good at WIFI other than the basics.

Great product which I would recommend to everyone. I would not hesitate to purchase it again. It works well with not only the Apple products, but Microsoft also.

I bought this product because of my experience with other apple routers. You definitely get what you pay for and I'm not disappointed. Set up was easy and haven't had a problem since.

I'm using this to extend my wifi network. works great out of the box and of course very easy to set up. I already have one but wanted another to get other parts of the house.

I hard wired this to my time capsule with Cat6 and it works flawlessly. As soon as I plugged it in, I was prompted to sync it with my main router. A simple few clicks and I was done.

I like how this item has the same form as the Apple TV. It works well and I'm pleased with the functionality, range, and ease of installation.

this was the easiest router I have ever had to set up. The router virtually sets up the network for you. It also has excellent range for wireless. I would like to see it also available in black and with a stand.

I have used wireless network extenders in the past maybe it is the total integration of the Apple ecosystem, but I have to say Thea this device was the easiest to install and use as any I have owned in the past.

This product increases your Wi Fi signal through out your household or business, so you can easily use multiple devices throughout the area on the Internet. Also, it's very easy to instal and is very affordable.

As always, a great product. I have 7 expresses between two houses with one Extreme and one Time Machine. The all work together to cover 11,000 sq/ft with full coverage wifi. Setup is a snap and it "just works."

We bought this to replace an older WiFi unit that was having troulbe connecting to all of the TV's computers and X box units we had. This was easy to install and has great signal strength for a two floor condo.

It's a big plus If you have more than two apple products around the house. Great for connecting everything.

Setup was a breeze. The iPhone app was super easy to use and setup everything. Range is great, and wireless speed is fast! With the 5hz frequency, my signal no longer has any interference from other devices.

If you are an apple family this router is the one for you. The airport is fast and signal strength is great throughout my daughter's two story apartment. I am totally satisfied.
