Support for my questions is great by Apple Support.

I don't know about most people, but if I have problem with a product in the first two weeks, it gets returned, and that's what happened here. I have a three story home. The best part about this wireless router was it's ability to cover a large area and 'auto tune' for the devices attached. It failed to do that in every way. We have a wireless speaker system, apple devices and PC devices. The router kept dropping our wireless devices and we had to reconfigure our Sonos system several times. Sense installing a much less expensive Asus router, we are trouble free.

Before purchasing the Apple AirPort Time Capsule we needed two WIFI routers to cover our two story house. Now we only need one! The setup was easy as was the connection. We use our WIFI extensively to connect our phones (Voice over IP), XBOX, AppleTV, printer and computers. We've had the product for several months and have not had any issues. The backup feature is great and easy to use. The time capsule interface on the Mac easily allows you to see and pick just what you want to recover. The 2TB capacity gives you plenty of room to store much more than backups plus you can connect additional hard drives for added storage.

I bought this to set up an additional AirPort Extreme with an Ethernet backhaul and it did ok but didn’t hand off very reliably and it forced me to look for another solution which I found in Eero Pro

Purchased this hoping it would act as wireless extender. It interfered with all automated wi fi lights...Wemo/Lutron/Canary security system. Returned it for another same problem.

I owned this for maybe 6 hours before returning it. Transferring simple files to it was a pain. Kept losing connection to my Mac several times. Exchanged it for the Western Digital Cloud and much better and easier.

Works great as a wireless hub but it will only back up you iMac not a iPhone apple really wants you to pay for 2 dollars a month

I am a big apple user but this thing just does not work. I went thru two of them and nothing but problems and Apple will not warranty them anymore

This router caused more headaches than it is worth. Didn’t put out great signal and streaming speeds were slow. Would not recommend unfortunately, even for Apple products.

This is the abosulte worst router ive ever owned. constantly losing connection and slow speeds compared to other routers. The hard drive is ok but you can get much better for less

I was connecting a Airport Time Capsule with a Airport Express to extend my network. I could not get it to work. I replaced the Time Capsule with another Extreme and it was perfect.

I have had problems with my apple airport time capsule from the beginning. It disconnects itsel from being online. Have to unplug it, wait 5 minutes and then plug it in.

they should have a tutorial or a leaflet on how to use the software, i had a problem on restoring my photo library which i deleted by mistake and there was no instructions on how to do specific things

It's great for storage but not as a router that the sales person told me it was for. When I returned it I was chastised by another sales person and was made to feel ignorant.

I was looking to get a wireless storage for backups. Thought this would be good though very expensive. Unfortunately it has not done what I wanted on my Bootcamp partitioned MacBook Pro. While it may backup the Mac portion, I doesn't the Windows 10 side, nor USB flash drives I often use. The AC router is good though a pain to reset by having to pull the power cord. Would not buy again and admit, many of these problems may be from my own ignorance on the full use of the product.

It was having a hard time connecting to my internet. The set up process wasn't easy. I have every apple product so that why I bought this and I was very disappointed.

Have issues staying connected to my Wi-fi. Could be my provider, not sure. Difficult to get it tio back up automatically.

I still do not fully understand how to back up my iPhone, but it did save my life for my MacBook when it had to be repaired.

Overall it seems like a decent product for storage but it doesn't have as strong of a signal that I was told it would and it runs very slow during backup.

Too big and bulky for my office. Did not know I could have purchased something smaller with same capacity
