    It works as it should excep charging acts up sometimes and the volume kicks out. Have to restart it just to hear videos and stuff again.

    This is really good and my grandson love it. I purchased it for him so he can have his own and don’t have to use his cousins so I’m glad that I purchased this for him

    The battery on this is awful. It charges fine, but then the battery doesn't last very long at all. I assumed Best Buy would only partner with companies that verify their product and test it for things like this. I thought wrong. I will not be buying refurbished products through Best Buy again.
