Terrific value for the money

Paired with the deluxe version of the Magic Keyboard is an unbeatable combination for me. If I hadn’t managed to severely crack the screen and damage the charging port, I wouldn’t have been shopping for a newer model because it still met all my needs. In the end, though, I went from 64GB to 128GB, and restarted the clock on a warranty. It works just as expected without any kind of hitch, In the past couple of years, I’ve been very pleased with Best Buy products that I purchase as Certified Refurbished or Open Box - Excellent. Great value for the money.

Best tablet out there!

Not a good experience

We made sure all of the iPad settings were cleared set to defaults (brightness, night shift, etc.) but those did not fix the problem. So unfortunately the Geek Squad did not do a very good job checking it out before putting it back up for sale. Also, while I was assured before buying that it would have the standard 1 year warranty from Apple, the unit showed up as warranty expired. I'm guessing I could have contacted Apple and showed them the receipt to get that fixed, but I didn't want to mess around with that. We returned it and bought a refurb directly from Apple.
