I got this for my son and when I say it’s the best thing I could have gotten him. It works great and now I don’t have to share my phone with him lol. Oh yea and if you are skeptical about open box items just make sure to get the satisfactory or excellent condition one if they are offering the two, with satisfactory the only thing could be like a minor scratch or dent but the product is still good.

Delivered in a flimsy box and with hardly any packaging to keep it from breaking. Thankfully the screen wasn’t broken but I can attest that it wasn’t due to any prevention on their end with packaging. No label on the box, no return slip. Nothing. Just a white box inside a bigger brown box and a thin piece of bubble wrap. Just because it’s refurbished doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be shipped with better packaging. As far as the iPad goes, there are a few light, thin, scratches but you can barely see them. It’s in good condition. It turns on and works so far, display looks good as well. Fingers crossed. I bought refurbished on purpose because it’s for my 8 year old son. Would still recommend but y’all have to do better with the packaging.

My brought this for my daughter for Christmas this year 2023 and she loves it. No marks on the device. I will order again

Im so thrilled to have got this ipad for my daughter, she is obsessed with it, uses it all the time, the quality of the ipad itself surprised me how good and reliable it is! It works wonders , it has an amazing battery life that lasts all day and tomorrow morning , super pleased I would recommend 100% and rebuy!!! Super happy

it works pretty well i love it the only downside is i can't set up imessage or facetime which is why i ordered this one but other than that no complaints.

best buy is the best option to purchase. i’m recommending it because the prices on it seem so low compared to other stores and it has quality. that’s why i like it

I bought four of these and had to return one for a faulty charging port that was loose and wouldnt charge. Another one barely holds a charge. Then i bought another to replace the one i returned and the power button doesnt work so i cant put the ipad to sleep. However i use them for my kids for homeschool and if i return it i have to wait to get another again. I expect a refurbished product to have been checked out and tested before selling. Really thure just used ones that dont seem to be repaired at all.
