    I would never buy refurbished Apple products again. The issue is that geek squad can’t fix the issue you have with the iPad. These freeze and takes long to load to the next screen when online.

    It was heating up quick. The iPad wasn’t working or in good condition. I rather just purchase a new iPad instead of buying a refurbish one. It will be a waste of time.

    Bought it in August 2020 and now it's December 2020. Ipad no longer works. You might as well pay more for a brand new one. This is the second refurbished ipad I had to buy for my kids for distant learning. Now I'm just going to pay extra to buy a brand new one. I don't know why I even tried with the refurbished ones.

    Got this for my daughter, it arrived early and when I unboxed it, it had a few minor scratches on the screen, nothing too serious. When I went to plug it in I noticed damage around the charging port and the cable was very loose and very difficult to get in the position to charge. Returned to store with no problem. Overall it seemed okay, just assuming no one checked the charging port.
