Perfect for my 10 year old with spending a lot of money

I purchased 4 apple mini tablets that were listed as "certified refurbished." When my package came in and i opened it, i received a single bottle of liquor. I called Best Buy with the issue and provided proof and they said they would send a replacement. When my package came in and i opened it, i recieved 2 tablets and a nintendo switch controller. Again, the order was wrong. This time when i called Best Buy, i was told "we have already sent you a replacement, we cant do it again. File a police report if you have a problem." I continued to call until i finally got someone who told me to send in the bottle of liquor and nintendo switch controllers i received, and they would issue a refund for the remaining 2 tablets. I did that and a week or so later, received my same box in mail with my same products i sent back and a typed note saying "you cannot be refunded because you sent in 2 incorrect items instead of 2 apple tablets, therefore you cannot be refunded for the apple tablets." DO NOT buy certified refurbished from Best Buy, it is a scam

I picked this refurbished IPad up this past Friday! I was so very excited! I get it home and it would not turn on. I charged it over night- nope, nothing. Charged all day yesterday- nada! Took it back ti the store and the Geek Squad guy was like nope- nothing I can do other than give you a refund or you can take it backs to Apple and “make them fix it”! Refund pls! Thank you very much! I was disappointed to say the least!

Extremely disappointed by this product. I ordered it online on July 8 and received it on July 14. By the time I got the product, this was 6 days after the purchase. About a week later, the product just stopped working. This was right after the 14-day return policy. Because of this, I can not get a refund or any assistance in repairs from Best Buy. I am upset because 1) I was sold a product that does not work at all and 2) I can't receive a refund because the 14-day return policy is based on the purchase date, rather than the day I received it. I did not realize how short the return period is for these products, which is annoying because it is expensive technology. When it does not work, you're just out of luck. Will not be purchasing from here again.

Honestly the worst item I've gotten from best buy worked for about a month then it started shutting off and now it wont even charge.

Barely any memory. I hope I do win the card so that I can purchase more memory for this Ipad

Bought the Ipad for my grandson as a replacement and he loves it. I actually thougjt it wasnt going to do everything his first one does , but it works absolutely perfect
