This iPad was definitely a great purchase for this price! It works great with no problems!

Bought this for my daughter. It works perfectly fine, only problem is the battery life is BAD, runs out within 30 min of having 100% battery life. Don't recommend refurbished products.

We bought a used iPad and were surprised because it appeared to be new, with no scratches on the screen or sides. We were very happy and so was our son, who loved the gift.

This was gift for my granddaughter. She loves it. Samsung is always a great choice.

Bought this as a birthday gift for my son using the money I had left over from a damaged laptop I had to trade in. After that experience, Best Buy is the only place I’ll shop for my electronics both new and refurbished! this tablet is still working great & getting so much use out of it!

When I purchased this iPad, I was skeptical that it would be a used device that did not have the juice I needed. Amazingly, I couldn't be more pleased with it. The battery stays charged for several days of usage; it functions like a desktop computer and provides me the portability that my laptop does not provide. I wholeheartedly recommend this Best Buy refurbished product.

This was a refurbished price so it didn’t come with a box or a cool Apple sticker…other than that, the unit itself works great and I have no complaints. It came with everything that it was advertised with. Overall, happy with the purchase.

Absolutely love this iPad! I wasn’t planning on getting a newer version since I’m only using the iPad to watch shows and didn’t expect it to be so nice, it was still brand new after all!

Good working conditions for refurbished IPAD. The battery drained quickly the first couple of days but after it finished all the updates. We no longer had this issue.

Although it is a refurbished iPad, it works like new for my son and he is absolutely thrilled by it.

Not sure how anyone was able to use this iPad at all. The iPad I received kept telling me to update it & it wouldn’t go past that screen. Went to Best Buy twice & they got past it the first time but it wouldn’t sync with the cloud. Then the second time I went in the lady just said it’s best to take it to Apple. Finally at Apple I was told that they could only update it to a certain point. If it began to work on that update it would eventually ask for the newest update whenever getting new apps that need to run on newer software. This was a gift for my son & had no choice but to return it. Usually Best Buy is good to me… not this time. I do NOT recommend this old refurbished iPad. Bought the newest iPad at Apple instead. (Wish I had taken pics of the screen for yall to see)

I was hesitant to purchase a pre-owned iPad but have been completely satisfied with this purchase.

The unit seemed fine until I used for and extended period. After only about an hour’s use the battery had depleted to 75%. My older iPad’s endurance is better. Think I’ll take into Best Buy and have them check it.
