Terrible! Stopped working immediately after purchasing! Both iPads I got for a Christmas gift and neither will charge at all. Called Best Buy and Apple and they kept telling me to call the other one. No one would help and I’m stuck making payments on these and they are useless! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING

It’s been a great product. It was an awesome Christmas gift for my daughter. The screen is so crystal clear. I would definitely recommend this product to someone else. She was so pleased with her new iPad. Thanks!

Sold me an iPad with a defective battery that went out after less than 1 year. They refused to replace it or give a discount or anything like that on a replacement. Horrible experience

Everything was fine for about a year and a half and now it’s extremely sluggish. I have almost nothing downloaded on it, use it to surf the web. Of course the 1 year warranty is gone. A big waste of money!!!

Our pre-owned 6th generation I-Pad has been a real problem. It does not charge up. According to "Geek Sqd", the cord may be the problem since is not an "Apple" cord! Then why did they not send an "Apple" cord when this was refurbished in Kentucky? Very disapointed in Apple/BestBuy! the preowned price was over $330 so no real break on price. Yor folke can do better
