Not bad, was in ok condition. Some scuffs on screen. Battery life isn’t great but it works for what I needed..

Easy setup and very good condition. Perfect size for my toddler. Battery does die quicker than my bigger iPad.

No lagging , very slight signs of wear and tear and clear screen. It feels brand new but the charger provided over heated quick with in 20 min but over all great quality for the price paid.

I will be very honest on this purchase. I purchased this refurbished iPad thinking I was getting a safe good deal from “Bestbuy”. This has been a total disaster for me and absolutely useless. They sold me an iPad that was still signed in by the previous user. They did a very poor job. I have been locked out of this iPad I brought from bestbuy. I went in store they didn’t want to return it or give me credit or money back because it was just over 14 days. To top it off I went in store they kept going back in forth saying it’s an online purchase deal with online, spoke to online they tell me to go into store. All this is because Bestbuy didn’t do there job and clear previous user from iPad which technically not my fault. They handled this situation very poorly so now I been stuck with this iPad I brought from Bestbuy collecting dust. Me the customer basically took a lost of money on this iPad and this Billion dollar company couldn’t even take accountability for their poor refurbishment. They could’ve easily just took the product back, got me another one, gave me a gift card. They did absolutely nothing no accountability at all but leave their customer with a useless iPad they sold that was logged into previous user Apple ID. Please think twice before buying refurbished products from them they are not trustworthy. If you do have it shipped to the store and checked out. I’ve been a customer to them since like 2010 or so. Let’s see if they try to take accountability for this issue. If not this is still a learning lesson for the next buyer. Good luck, don’t trust there refurbished products double check them

Honestly, either you've bought into Apple, or not. I had the Ipad Mini 1st gen before and liked it (prefer the mini vs. regular as I have smaller hands) so when they were no longer updating the OS, I replaced it with the Ipad Mini 4. Its a little annoying that the Ipad mini 4 is slightly different in size than the previous gen, so I also had to get a new case. Other than that, its a pretty seamless replacement for my ipad mini.

I liked the look and feel of this thing. Setup was kind of a pain since I am a Windows user most of the time. This was a gift for someone else and once I started applying the basic of what I knew about Windows things started going smoother. The recipient liked the gift so I guess things are going great.

Got this to replace another one but ultimately returned it because the price of a new one was not that mush more.

I purchase this iPad to work with my drone. It is large enough and with enough contrast to use in bright sunlight with a little shading. It really help me control the drone and see what the drone is seeing. I had a different tablet before that did not work well at all. I am pleased with this tablet.

We made this purchase for our daughter. She loves it. It looks brand new and she has no idea i was a refurbished product. Great way to save some money

I have enjoyed learning to use the iPad4 and personalizing it to my needs. It's much faster than the Ellipsis android pad I had before, that seemed to get slower the more I used it. I'm looking forward to adding more apps to the iPad and syncing it with my printer and other devices.

This is my second iPad mini and I haven’t had any problems with it. It’s very convenient to use and very user friendly. I take it with me when I travel and it fits perfectly in the side pocket of my carryon bag. Strongly recommend it to others.

The battery drains super fast and only stays on if it’s attached to the charger. It also chargers very slow and took hours to update.

Just got the IPad Mini 4 and it is much better than the older models. It is faster and easier to use.

This was great and for a great price I have bought refurbished items from Best Buy before and I am always satisfied.

Experiencing problem after problem with this iPad. Will not stay on brought it in to store it failed two hard resets and then a total restore. I hope it works.
