I just received my EarPods, it worked for like a good hour or two and then stopped working. I’m not exaggerating, the connection just stopped and doesn’t work anymore. I was really hoping these would last because I prefer these over wireless.

The price hurts due to it being apple, but they are good basic

This item has been disconnecting my phone calls. Starting a few days after I bought it.

The mark of low quality headphones is when all of the parts sound mashed together, you will experience this with these earbuds on a regular basis. Music that has a lot of bass will sound pretty good, but you won't be able to hear the layers of music. Vocals are unclear and extremely muddy, like listening through a plastic bottle. If you listen to Hip Hop and nothing else, you will probably enjoy these. If you listen to anything with vocal range, you will hate these.

Apple peripherals have gone downhill in quality. The lightning tip snapped off of this item 16 days after purchase--two days after the BB return/exchange period. So I either have to spend extra money for an extended warranty or pay another $20 for a new pair.

This sucks. My battery is always dead because I can't charge my phone while im using these earbuds. Very disappointed.

I needed some new earbuds and a friend told me about these Apple earbuds. I have to say that the volume level and speakers work perfect.

These headphones are just okay. They aren't expensive which may be why their sound quality is so bad. The highs are clicky/tinny, mids are muddy, and the lows sound like they're coming out of a plastic bucket. I have heard worse but for just a little bit more money you have so many better options from other brands.

Works well I guess they broke while I was getting on the plane going home

Keyla was Good To Talk With Over The Phone, I have No complains about her, and she is not the REASON I AM GIVING YOUR COMPANY THIS LOW RIDING .. MY BROTHER AN I HAD TO TAKE THE OLD MATTRESS OFF AND MOVE THE OLD ONE INTO OUR SPARE BEDROOM.. THE REASON IS WHY? WHEN I PAID EXTER MONEY FOR THESE MEN TO DO IT.. WHY WOULD YOU HIRE UNPROFEDDIONALS, YOU COULD HAVE HIRE TWO MEN AND A TRUCK ATLESS THEY ARE PROFESSIONALS !!!

Iv always like apple products however this particular product give me the most problems . I have to replace these every month or 2 which is why I have not bought the wire less head phones . Due to this issue I will most likely change back to android products .( I also have I pads and MacBook Pro ) really something should be done .

It does what it does but I think it’s over priced for headphones.

Below average quality & Sound. What can you expect for 20 bucks I guess…

They fall out of the ear , they have no holding power whatsoever!

I bought them and threw the box out or else i wouldve brought it back because i have to fight with the wire to hear. it stops every 5 seconds. just wasted my money!

Garbage. The microphone stopped working in less than a month. I will not spend another dime on apple garbage that is no better than the knockoff headphones amazon sells

they came used... they were dirty. Wound up just throwing them out.
