Badly designed ear buds.

If I had the receipt I would have returned them. They are poorly made for inner ear wear. So even holding them in the sound wasn’t concentrated. I looped the cords over my ears to try to get them to stay put, but no way would they stay in my ears. Really a bad buy. I should have tried them before I left the store.

Product came with a short in it

Unfortunately, I never was able to enjoy my new earphones due to a short in them. I picked them at 6:00 pm and opened them the next day to use in my iPhone and the short was immediate. I tried calling to no avail. I was unable to come back to the store due to work.
