I have some ear pod pro wireless headphones but there are times when I don't want to use them and risk losing them. Plus I thought these would be nice to have as a back up when the pro's went dead and no place to charge them. Anyway, these headphones sound good when they work, but the problem is the lightning plug does not fit will in my iphone 12 and even if it just gets moved slightly, the sound stops. They are ok if just sitting with the phone laying still on a flat surface, but I want to either be holding the phone while moving or have the phone in my pocket with the headphones plugged in. I am going to keep them as they were relatively inexpensive, but they are not ideal.

After years of extensive use, previous Apple ear Pods needed to be replaced. Best Buy staff was very courteous and knowledgeable, and assisted me in selecting the proper ear pods. Geat experience!

I often lose my wireless earbuds so having a pair of these around is convenient, they can get uncomfortable after a while but for the price they are perfect

You can’t beat the sound quality with these and for under $17 get them. Wireless hurt my ears anyway!

I love my new air pods they work and very important for my daily usage

wore my last set every day for a few years. eventually had a wire start to split or something - was getting glitchy when the cord pinched. I noticed on the new one the sound was better than the old pair.

These ear buds truly serve my purpose! Great sound with my music, but also excellent during hands free phone conversations. Persons often previously expressed distortion as I used fine Bluetooth devices. Not with these earbuds!

My original EarPods failed recently. Only one side was functioning. The new ones seem to be working just fine, if not better than the old ones did when they were new. I’m just hoping they last longer this time.

Not too much detail required here. I went for the cheaper option by buying Apple’s wired ear buds. They work as advertised when listening to music and making phone calls.
