Wired EarPods help to avoid losing one or more.

I appreciate being able to use devices even while wearing the hearing aids. And no, my aids do not have bluetooth. If the buds were not wired I would be anxious about losing them even while wearing them. I espeically like the volume and pause feature on one of the wires.
