Not As Good With Lightning Port

I recently went from an iphone 6S to the 12 and was used to putting the phone in my back pocket with the headphone jack side facing up, so that the earbuds could reach my ears with no issue. The lightning jack on these is rather awkward and one day while on the bus, I felt a snap and they stopped working. I discovered that the actual lightning adapter portion snapped and bent out of shape. These are the same great quality as the versions with the headphone jack, a feature that I really miss on iPhones, which is why I didn't give these a 5 star review, even though they are the same great quality in terms of sound.
