The connector type is mini-phone 3.5 mm 4-pole. Basic. Affordable. Great for duo, facetime, teams, zoom, webex, bluejeans, etc. teleconferencing meetings.

Good earphones for everyday use

I like cords of Apple ear-pods, they are much stronger and can take substantial abuse before they break. Plus they are less prone to tangle. Over years I learned it is better to spend a bit more and get product that will last longer than buying cheap imitations.
