I really enjoy the quality of apple products. I’m used to having wires dangling down with my phone in my pocket so I have no problem with using them.

This is a great item by apple. Works very well. However, I wish the battery would last a longer when talking on the phone. Battery life is longer when playing music, don't quite understand that. And I wish it came with instructions. Overall I 'm satisfied with the product

We used to hear that unless purchased from Apple store , the products sold by other stores may not be original but we are absolutely happy and convinced that these EarPods from Best Buy are genuine. Work great without any issues. Thank you , Best Buy !!

it sounds great but the only drawback is the price and they are not as durable. if only apple can get it to be much more tougher than it looks; it would serve it's purpose way better than other competition and longer. that would make wanting or needing an apple product worth it.

Although Air Pods are all the rage nowadays, I still love ha big a pair of wired ear pods around. Sound quality is great and the mic is top tier. Bought these to replace the pair my son stole from me.

Bought these for my mom and she loves them opposed to the air pods which she didn’t like. She likes the reliability of the wire.

These have the best sound compaired!! I have air pods but they make me sound like I’m in a cave.... so I prefer to use the original wired headphones especially when I have to use my phone for work. I would recommend.

The Apple ear buds are some of the best ear buds. Stay in well and sound is decent

This is earpiece works great and it’s durable. I have been using it everyday and I’ve had no issues.

No matter how many headphones and or brands our family goes through we always return to the original Apple earphones. The microphone seems to be the best for the person on the other end of the conversation.

The sound is very good for headphones. I like that you can change the volume or pause the music on the cord. They fit my ears ok. I don't get ear pain from them. They can slip out of my ear on rare cases. For the price I cannot complain but its not mind blowing good sound like the air pod pros.
