Excellent sound & resolution during phone calls. Wish they had those round rubber inserts because they come loose and slip out of my ears, that’s why the 4 star rating.

The connecting cord is the perfect length. The activating volume button is sensitive enough to activate by choice but not by accident.

She can't charge her phone at the same time as listening to music, but overall she loves the way they fit compared to other ear plugs.

However, One of the earbuds stopped working after 30 days. Best Buy won’t replace them after 15 days, but fortunately, I was able to go to the Apple Store who replaced the EarPods
