I have been through a lot of ear buds. They either sound like crap, or just plain cheap. These are great quality, and sound amazing.

Basic Apple headphones

However, the one drawback is that I would still need the adapter if I want to listen to my phone in the car since I need to use the aux cable.

Amazing sound quality
