The sale price was outstanding and the service, great. I have bought most of my Apple products from Best Buy. The ONLY problem I had was that the data transferred from my traded in iPad Mini was not completely transferred.

I got this ipad mini 4 last month and the item was really in excellent condition. The only thing im concern is the box. I got it but it was dirty... U can see a lot of black stain there but overall the item is really good..

The Battery is terrible! Charging is much too frequently needed compared to my iPAD first gen / too small font for seniors or visually impaired/ great apple care but the classes offered in Knoxville are not enough & very poorly scheduled & not comprehensive / the location was much too distracting & noisy. I am very sorry to have driven all that distance.

I got this iPad mini for my son as he spends many hours using this device it was important to have a clear Retina display screen. I'm am very satisfied and happy with my purchase as this is a top quality tablet.

Great iPad if you need something small and compact. Should be able to connect to phone service though

Upgraded to the i4 mini from the i2. Slightly bigger by a fraction but basically unnoticeable. Touch ID is helpful (esp when you're used to it on your phone).

Was undecided but reviews helped me making right decision for a gift. Husband Loved the iPad mini.

The material is spongie which is very safe for small children. It protect the iPad very well and it's very think so it covers every corner. I dnot think there no other cover like it. Absolutely happy with my item.

I always bring my iPad with me, I have ni problem since I bought it. Very user friendly.....

This is hands down the fastest and most capable 8" tablet on the market. I have had an iPad mini from the beginning, and Apple has finally made one that meets the speed and performance of their full size line!

I'm not technically inclined, but I'm learning and I love it. Never thought I would get to this point of advancement, SUPER. I love being able to converse with my kids and again being on the Shared pictures.

I finally had to download from my desktop, the instructions on how to use the iPad mini. There was just one slip of paper that needed to be read through a magnifying glass on some basic notes, but no user manual. Even with my experience with computers, I could not get it to work so had to have my son and his lady friend provide some hands on tutorial. If there is a user manual, it should be made available at place of purchase.

My husbands been practicing on my iPad 4th gen so it was time to surprise him with his own. He loves it and loves the size, not too much for his technologically challenged mind set to navigate!

Bought the ipad to assist in an 8 hour flight from the states to Hawaii, and it was worth every dollar spent. Everyone in the family enjoyed it

We purchased this after breaking screen on our first iPad, and like them so well had to have another. After getting the first repaired we now have two functional iPads, and are very pleased.

its all you need. screen is bright, faster processor then the ipad mini 2 we got.

Every one was trying to talk me into getting the air because I would be sorry with the screen being so small. I am not sorry at all. The mini fits my small hands and in my purse much better.
