Seems to no differents from the old i pad min to the new onei

Not good, average for the price, I did not like it

This is my first purchase of an iPad and I love it! It's light, thin, fast and a gorgeous screen. I owned android tablets most recently a Sony Xperia compact z3 which is one of Sony's high end tablet and the iPad mini blows it away. Would have given 5 stars except it's a little pricey.

I decided I wanted to buy a tablet this year, and though I'm not an iPhone person (I use a Samsung), I decided to go with the iPad because it seemed to be compatible in more environments than Android. (For example, I flew Delta recently and they supported iPhone, iPad, and Android phone for their wifi but not Android tablet. Not that anyone with any sort of device was able to get the wifi working anyway, but that's another story.) Once deciding on iPad, I could have gotten an older model MUCH cheaper, but decided to future-proof myself by getting the latest and greatest. Having had it now for over a month, I can say - it's good. It works, it's fast, it's easy. I sorely miss the lack of a back button like on Android - it's annoying to have to reach to the top of the screen to hit the browser back button. I'm kind of wishing I'd gone with the older, cheaper model iPad so that I could "upgrade" to an Android sooner. But Apple fans will like this model very much.

I will never buy "certified" opened box item again. Was defective upon arrival; but Best Buy (on Sawtelle & Pico) in LA treated me like a criminal when I tried to return, keeping me hostage for over an hour for asking my money back on a defective item. If you want a return customer, don't certify a lemon!!

My 3 kids used to have Google Nexus 7 tablets that would no longer keep a charge well, so we upgraded this Christmas to these iPad Minis. They are amazing and work so much better than my old iPad Mini 1 and iPad 2. Great battery life. Beautiful screen. Charges fast.

I'm just not a fan. The lack of different ways to express myself with Apple products is just sad. They all look and act pretty much the same. I'd rather go with Android tablets and phones where I don't look identical to everyone else who owns one and I can express myself as I see fit.

I bought this for my son and he loved it. I'm thinking of getting one for myself now that I know it works perfectly with my Inspire 1 quad copter. The processor has no problem with the DJI software. Zero latency. Size is perfect.

excellent size for watching movies and reading. fast processer and love the touch ID just like my phone. like the idea of apple pay but don't know if ill use it with the ipad

My son uses it for recording his college classes and then replay it when home. Excellent tool for studying.

difficulty setting it up for usel. always disabled. Worthless piece of junk.

Upgraded from the iPad mini 2 and have to say this was worth it. Thinner, lighter, and more clear display. It's faster as well. Recommend to anyone looking for their first iPad and to those wondering if they should upgrade.

The iPad Mini 4 is a highly capable small iPad. It is at least as fast and powerful as my iPad Air (1), but easier for my wife to handle,as well as being cheaper.

I was in a dilemma in choosing either the iPad mini or iPad Air. But after looking up and the previous experience I had with the first gen iPad mini, I can say that this was a good choice. You could hold It in one hand which is very nice. The feeling it has is amazing and I can say that it provides feelings that the Air 2 doesn't not.

Handy to use anywhere and packed with performance.

It works just like an apple product. The good thing is it's really lighter, but with all the covers you need to protect it, it's not that light. But that's not apple's fault. And I do like the finger print unlock function. Mine's volume is really small. Not sure that's just a problem with mine or with all the new minis. And generally I prefer's the design and material of old minis. I really appreciate Steve's sense of beauty.

In an age where iPads are getting even larger, it's nice to have one that's truly portable. I'm upgrading from the original mini and the boost in performance, capacity, screen resolution, and the addition of Touch ID makes the iPad mini 4 a perfect upgrade.

I have owned the iPad mini 1,2 and now the 4! I am a big fan of this series. It's light, fits in my jacket pocket and has most of the power of a full size ipad. I use my ipad mostly for YouTube, reading ebooks, and some business applications. I prefer the ipad in some business settings because it allows others to get personal, zoom in etc. I can make things on my desktop on iCloud and they pop up on my ipad (and iPhone) automatically.

We bought my 3 yr old an iPad Air 2 and she was having problems holding it at times. We liked how thin it was and she loves the selection of kids apps on Apple over android. She has a lot better time holding the mini it is still thin like she loves.

If you are considering a new tablet then do yourself a favor and get this device. Screaming fast and well made. I think this is quite frankly the best kept secret this Christmas season.
