iPad broke within weeks

Especially AppleCare Went to three different Best Buy stores and one of them cancelled AppleCare without giving refund. So could not be transferred to new iPad. Still not totally resolved. Higher level at Apple had to get involved to sort out what had happened on computer. Saw 5 people at first Best Buy store who were not very helpful. Other 2 stores were better but could still not resolve problem. Apple and Best Buy need better communication and customer service at Best Buy needs improving.

I love my new IPad Mini 4

I upgraded my older IPad Mini recently and also upgraded my IPad Air 2 at the same time. I tend to grab my iPad mini more than the larger IPad Air 2 because of the lightness of it. It works great for me and I love it. I carry the IPad Mini 4 around the house with me and tend to leave the IPad Air 2 on my kitchen table most of the time and use when I sit down to eat.
