I've been using Apple TVs since they were first introduced. I have always had one plugged into my TV. The reason for this is that Apple offers the best quality movies and TV, and their Apple TV allows you to access those fantastic shows and movies from your couch, with little effort, as well as now in Ultra HD!

Apple TV+ is a great service. It has some high quality shows and movies to watch, but doesn’t offer a lot of filler. I personally enjoy that it doesn’t just offer a bunch of filler, but some might like more options.

Perfect size TV for my living room at a great price.

I purchased the Apple TV 64GB for our family room TV. I love the way it seamlessly works with my iPhone, and iPad. Using AirPlay It quickly accepts videos, photos and movies I am watching on my iPhone/iPad to the TV. I love the new screensaver photos as well as the newest design of the remote. However, the remote is very small and easy to lose. Family has lost it multiple times so we invested in a silicone case that also holds an Apple Airtag which solved the problem. I suggest you purchase those when you purchase the Apple TV. The great part is how easy it is to set up and use. It takes up very little space on the shelf and does not distract from the rest of the entertainment center. We have no problem with lag time or other video problems when watching programs. There are tons of Apps and we have found each APP we are used to watching. Our local TV station has a News APP and the news station from the state I was raised in has an APP. It is great to view them both on the TV. Some APPS are part of the Apple+ while others are added separate. Apple TV is just another way to keep our smart home up to date. There is a learning curve but it is worth the practice you put into using it. It is expensive and I suggest watching for a sale but I highly recommend it if you are an Apple person.
