I love Apple TV, but hate that these free trials with item purchases are only for new customers. Who is a new customer at this point?? And in my experience, no one is a "qualified" returning subscriber. It's a gimmick. Just give us a code for 3 free months, regardless of current subscription status. They can afford it.

One of the things I like about this product is how well it integrates with other devices such as your iPhone, ipad, Mac and even Homekit Secure video. I have downloaded games on it and it works well. You can also bluetooth Playstation/Xbox controllers to it also. This Apple TV has all the apps for streaming and streams with 4k support. If you choose to, you can also use your iPhone or ipad as a controller also. Also, with it being a little more expensive than the Roku or Fire Stick, being in Apple ecosystem helps this device out. I actually got rid of my Fire Sticks becuase of it. You pay a little more, but the continuity across other Apple devices is second to none.
