Best way to synchronize your Apple ecosystem. Even though I have a smart TV, the Apple TV is the best for things like photos, easy access apps, and a fantastic idling screensaver selection

I've been using AppleTV units since the 3rd gen. I have all three gens of the 4K now. Got the new, smaller model here. If you need ethernet, make sure you get the one that has it (its a separate model now). Apple did well downsizing it, making it even faster (again), and dropping the price. So many apps and games, constant updates adding new features, homekit integratjon, a great voice remote, AppleTV simply can't be beat.

Apple TV is always great. I actually still have it from that free trial. I would never get rid of Apple TV.

Who doesn't like a free trial! Right after I sign up for these I go into my setting/my Apple account/subscriptions on my iPhone and cancel the subscription, this will allow you to keep your free trial but you won't accidentally forget not to cancel the subscription.

The performance surpasses that of TV OS. Apple TV provides HDR and all. I strongly suggest it.

I was gifted a free subscription of Apple TV with the purchase of my TCL 55” classic, and I can’t believe I was missing out! The variety of what you have to watch is amazing! I really like how easy it is to use the app, so easy my toddler is able to maneuver it! I will definitely be keeping the subscription once it is time to renew!

For years I went through various Fire TVs and Chromecasts. Each one would get painfully slow after a year. The Apple TV has been rock solid. It's fast, has plenty of storage space for apps, ethernet for the fastest speeds, and airplay is really convenient to have.
