One of the greatest features with a Fire TV is you have Amazon support if you need help. Amazon has been great helping me resolve minor issues.

Hmmm... honestly... we have had the laptop and iPad now for 11 months and never even tried the Apple TV at all. We've never watched any TV on our devices. I rated it as a 5 to be fair as giving it anything less would not be fair to say it performed less than perfect as I really do not know how it would have performed on our devices. Sorry!
