A No star rating is appropriate. I bought this item for my grandson for Christmas. Shortly after it became difficult to charge. Purchased a new charger. Still problematic. Took into Best Buy and was told the motherboard was no good and couldn’t be repaired. No recourse. I am extremely disappointed with Best Buy. Geek Guy said you should never purchase a refurbished Ipad. I want to know why they sell them? Would have purchased a new one for $100 more. I am done with Best Buy. Next time it’s only the Apple Store!!!

The iPad did not come with a charger block. My other one came with everything

Nice to buy at lower price but couldn’t gift for Xmas a brown box and ipad inside. I assumed it could of came in apple box and charging cord but I assumed wrong.

Immediately after charging Ipad, battery started rapidly draining without usage. Returned and got a refurbished one directly from Apple with came boxed as new, with a new battery and newer model for $40 more.

Refurbished does not work well. Would not allow side transfer from another device.

Works as expected, but was sent with wrong charger block. Cord was usb-c to lightening but the charger block was usb.

Bought this used iPad for my granddaughter. It works great. It’s in great condition.

I bought two of these tablets, i just received them today, but the order was incomplete due to one ipad having ONE charger, when i fact i ordered TWO TABLETS, i call customer service and they tell me they purposely only sent me one charger because the tablets are refurbished so of they feel like it they may or may not add a charger to the ipads. I was so furious because one my order was incomplete and 2 The one charger they did give its not even apple!!! So its not original! My tablet took foever to charge and the charger was overheating. First and last time i purchase from this place !!!!

Terrible, so not buy refurbished from Best Buy. They are junk. DO NOT stay charged

I returned this product because I learned from the Geek person (Noble in Braintree) that it was defected. I received no apology. I bought a new one and asked the Geek and manager to help me to set up the IPad since I was disappointed with my experience, but they only try to sell Total membership or charge me for the set up. No interest in customer satisfaction. This was the worst buy rather than best buy.

If you buy a refurbished tablet , there should be some kind of warranty if not issued through Apple . Then Best Buy should issues some kind of in store warranty, since the store sales the refurbished IPad/Tablets on their website. If the company doesn’t want to have a limited warranty then maybe reselling aren’t a good thing!

Garbage… battery doesn’t hold a charge and they’re not letting me return it.

So the iPad only lasted a month before i tried to use it and realized it was a brick. Won't turn on at all. I guess this is what I get for purchasing refurbished. Best buy doesn't back their products so buyer beware!

So far a good purchase for me except they included the wrong cord to charge the iPad

Received wrong charger with my order, for the price of refurbished item should at least come with correct charger. Have as gift to only hear she can’t charge it.

Highly disappointed in my purchase! I was sold a refurbished IPad with a plastic aftermarket screen. Cracked literally days after delivery. Quality was soooooo terrible. I feel robbed and will not purchase anything else from Best Buy!

Not what I wanted and had discussed with the rep over the phone. It did arrive sooner than the expected date.

Only had it for a short time and it doesn’t want to turn on. Best Buy can’t even help with getting it replaced because it’s “refurbished”. Why sell products that are going to break down.

Did not last a year and unfortunately only had a 30 day warranty.
