It’s ok so far could better. If they spend alittle more time in make sure it works better bought 2 of them had a battery issue with one but the second on work ok no screen scratches on it it look almost new

came looking brand new, almost full battery when I turned it on, came with charger. It is acting a bit slow now & it’s only been a couple weeks since I’ve had it. I use it for school, so I don’t use it very often so I’m not sure why this is happening but overall good purchase!

iPad runs slow and does not hold a charge. It gets very hot and unable to use iMessage. I will never buy a refurbished iPad again.

I needed a second iPad for my tutoring business. I chose Best Buy because they are good at what they do and are knowledgeable. I was afraid that if I went anywhere else, I'd be scammed. So far so good. I am very happy with my choice. My students are excited to not have to use the cracked iPad anymore lol

Bought this refurbished IPad. It has worked like new. No glitches and great price. I would recommend this product.

Product is ok as it does not hold the charge that much however this is a minor issue as I know this is an older generation tablet. The main reason for one star is that the charging cable that came with the iPad was broken. I went in to asked about a different charging cable and the representative mentioned they cannot help me and cannot provide me with another cable. Representative himself was very sorry as he saw how disappointing it was and he mentioned that if this would have happened to him he would be very upset as well. This review I am sure will go in junk folder or will be discarded however if it does not than I want the corporate at Best Buy to know consumers work really very hard for their money to purchase items; don’t be a big company that don’t care about consumers. If you do, there are plenty of businesses that were flying high and now gone and in the history books because they did not care and it was always about the bottom line.
