iPad is great, had no physical signs of wear whatsoever. Came with a brand new OEM Apple brand charger and also a new Insignia (Best Buy brand) USB-C cable. Runs great and is comparable to a brand new device.

Very good iPad no flaws to it and very good price…

The iPad runs great and was good for its price. It can be a little slow with the touch sensitivity, but that could also be due to the case I put on it. The battery life is decent, as the charge lasts about a day. When I am outside doing sales on it, it needs to be on low power mode because of the brightness being draining. Other than that, I am very satisfied. It also has the ability to swipe to see apps and go home like the new iPads, but it also has the button to do the same function. Good buy!

I purchased this iPad for my seven year old and he loves it. We appreciate its style, light weight and convenience.

I received my refurbished IPad very quickly from Best Buy. It was well packaged, very secure in the box. It had a large dent marked with “dent” on masking tape. I was very concerned since other reviews on refurbished iPads said they looked brand new but I decided to use it and see if it affected the performance at all, so far it is working as expected. I feel I got an incredible deal on this IPad and am keeping fingers crossed that this major dent did not harm the unit.

It works perfectly for what i needed it for and doesnt seem to have any issues so im happy with this purchase 100 if your in the market for a ipad i would definitely look up the years that are stilll able to update and how long it will last i think angthing under six years is good and if you want to use it for a few years i would prob get something only around 2 to 4 years old .

The IPad was worth the price. I can do everything on it that I used to do on a computer. It’s lightweight and I can use it anywhere.

The unit came with defective volume buttons! Also had a blue lighted spot in the direct center of the unit to add.. it also took a full day to charge!. I had to return

The I pad came with a small crack in lower left corner and when I attempted to put the case on my thumb went right through the glass. I thought it was a screen protector at first but the cracks continued and there was shards of glass everywhere. I went to Best Buy store off Cortez road in Bradenton, Fl and the supervisor Christopher and his associate were very helpful (after a skeptical and questionable debate to the damage) but were reassured when I showed them the email of where I initiated the return the day of delivery. They helped me purchase a new iPad and I will not be purchasing refurbished ever again.

The new IOS 26.4 with this throw-back 9th Gen refurbished IPAD is excellent. Transferring from old IPAD is a piece of cake with AirDrop, but takes forever. Still worth it.

I really love this iPad. It’s fast, easy to use, and the battery lasts me all day. The picture quality is really good and I use it for watching videos, being on social media, and playing games. I’m happy I bought it.

The table does not work. It says "celular" but it is not. It has the slot for the SIM card, but it did not detected sim, nor esim, nothing. Different carrier, a tech checked it. It's a fraud, the cell feature does not work.

Great tablet. I installed it in my work truck for gps and internet.
