This iPad seemed brand new with little to no wear. It came with a charging cord that was very long which I was impressed with. The iPad works great and was reasonably priced.

We purchased this for a child in our family for christmas of the year before and its held up so well! Plenty of storage & memory and it connects to whatever wifi you need to connect too. Great for doing her homework and school work on as well. She’s able to watch videos on it too, message friends, and play games when she wants. Its worth the price! The battery life is also long lasting for what she uses it for.

I bought this for my wife for Christmas 2024, it replaced a very, very old iPad. For $200’ish this is amazing! Of course it’s leaps and bounds ahead of our old one but for a refurbished one it operates flawlessly. Has plenty of memory and sufficient speed. Also the battery life is great. She is very happy with it.

Perfectly packaged, very nice, minor scratches in screen but not in visibility of the screen, works, charges just fine. Very happy with my choice

Finally upgraded my 5th generation IPad to the 9th gen. I am always impressed with the battery life and beautiful and crisp ten inch 2160 x 1620 screen graphics. The 9th gen has double the memory and the nice A13 Bionic chip, which debuted on the iPhone 11, which makes it one of the most powerful tablets for the price. Wired magazine still rates it as the best IPad for the price....

Shipping was fast and iPad was easy to set up. No issues. All my kids and I have refurbished iPads. I bought this one for my daughter. The oldest refurbished item I’ve bought from Best Buy was about 4 years ago. It was an iPad for me and it’s still working perfectly!

The iPad initially arrived in pristine condition, and if it hadn't been listed as refurbished, I wouldn’t have known—it looked brand new. However, it recently stopped charging altogether and is now unusable. Even when it was charging, the battery drained quickly, even while the device was unused and idle for days. It’s disappointing, and I suspect this issue may be the reason it was returned in the first place.

best buy sent me a gen 6 w/ 32g instead of the 9 w/ 64 gig. i did not notice until a few weeks later. contacted customer service who acknowledged that they sent me a gen 6 rather than 9, and refused to let me exchange or return because it was outside of return window.
