!!BEWARE!! I was given a 5th Generation iPad with 32gb instead of the 9th generation 64gb I paid for despite the box listing the correct information. Some one is either really careless over at geek squad or is running some sort of scam they’re hoping people will not realize.

Purchased a space grey 64 GB 9th generation iPad and got a rose gold 32 GB 7th generation iPad. Count your days Best Buy, you just made an enemy!!

This refurbished 10.2-inch iPad looks and performs like new. The display is sharp, the A13 chip is fast, and battery life is solid. Setup was easy, and everything runs smoothly. For the price, it’s an outstanding deal—perfect for everyday use. Highly recommended!

We needed a replacement for my son’s iPad and didn’t want to go down the route of buying a new one. We decided that a refurbished unit would be much better options. I was able to find a refurbished unit at my local Best Buy and it was available for pickup right away. When I picked up the unit it was packaged properly and it was in really good shape considering it was refurbished. The unit was clean and was in generic packaging. They had included a good quality (not original) and much longer charging cable (no power brick which is pretty standard nowadays). We had no issues setting up the iPad and getting it synced. Overall a very good experience and very good price and quality for a refurbished unit. I would recommend looking into a refurbished units from Best Buy if you need a quick, less expensive, but good quality replacement for yourself or for a kiddo.

I am beyond happy with this purchase. I wanted an iPad to handle some web surfing, music and movie streaming, and as a larger screen for viewing reference images for my amateur art. This 9th gen iPad has more than enough computing power and speed to handle everything I've asked of it so far. I've had a lot of browser tabs and applications open at once with no problems. The screen clarity is great, and it's able to stream music and video at speeds consistent with my wifi speed, so no pauses mid-stream to buffer. I haven't tested the battery from full charge to dead yet, but using it a couple hours a day and keeping it in standby mode has lasted at least 4 days before I've chosen to charge it (before hitting 0%). The tablet itself arrived looking brand new and well protected with a power cord and wall charger. I feel like I got a steal of amazing value with this deal!

iPad works great and came in excellent condition. Battery stays charge.

Its working fine and battery life is pretty good.No different from using a new one.

I needed to upgrade a from a gen 8 version. This refurbed iPad was exactly what I wanted. Very fair price. Well packaged. The ipad was in very good condition. This is the second upgrade I've done through BestBuy. I will likely do another in the future

Since making the iPad purchase I’ve had zero issues in fact I was able to capture the Auroa In the night sky recently near my home in Nevada, so many features not found on any android Apple have the market !

Great function and interface, battery and graphics.

I was kicking myself for over a year because while I had a case I did not add a screen protector and sure enough, it got cracked! This unit was the same with double the memory so I got it as a replacement. Screen protector went on right away and I've been happy ever since!

Haven’t been a big fan of purchasing an item that was refurbished in the past. Decided to give it a try since I knew I could return it if unhappy with it. Have only had for a short period of time, but so far the iPad functions flawlessly. Very happy with the product and the price paid for it!

I bought this ipad for my grandson. He was thrilled to get it for his birthday. It is in very good condition. I believe that Best Buy has some of the best refurbished electronics. It was delivered in a timely manner and with all of the accessories needed.
