Alexander is truly amazing

This gentleman never once got mad and helped me out the entire time where even I myself would have been frustrated. Best Buy you have an amazing guy right there.

I did. No external damage, either. I wanted an iPad that still had a home button but was capable of doing what I needed it to do. So far so good. I haven't used it enough to say more.
