    I asked for a open box and Alexander went through the entire store until he found it then I hated the color and he found me a new one in the color I wanted, now I realize my wallet is in the truck. This gentleman never once got mad and helped me out the entire time where even I myself would have been frustrated. Best Buy you have an amazing guy right there.

    Based on reviews, the first thing I did was check to be sure I actually received a ninth generation iPad with 64 MB. I did. No external damage, either. I wanted an iPad that still had a home button but was capable of doing what I needed it to do. So far so good. I haven't used it enough to say more.

    So happy to review this tablet. I purchased it as a replacement for my son. He loves it!! It is so easy to use Apple products. The tablet has plenty of memory, load quickly, the shows he watches are crystal clear! The NFL games he watches on it are easy on the eyes as well. Great tablet!!
