iPad won't charge. I spent a few minutes trying to figure out why. Turns out the USB-C to Lightning cable they sent is defective. I called their customer service. They refuse to make it right and send me a working cable. My only option is to return it and hope I get one that works next time all the while my daughter is without an iPad for a week while we deal with shipping back and forth. Seems super simple to have determined it had a bad cable to begin with, but instead they just ship it out without a care. Geek Squad certification means nothing. I won't ever again buy refurbished from Best Buy and the way their customer service rep just treated me, I don't think I'll be buying anything else from Best Buy.

I ordered the 64GB from this company and received 32gb. Which by the way isn’t a purchase option. Contact customer support and was told this never happens and they will send a replacement. I want 5 days for the replacement only for it to be another 32gb. Now since it’s already been replaced they can only offer a refund after they have received the items back. Then it will take 7-10 bus after it they receive item back… SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE… DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR. Also refuse to put a supervisor on the line or email me confirmation that I will get a refund.

Great ipad for my kid but the battery life is pretty short.

Arrived different charger Tyoe C. lately, suddenly close or shutdown, battery easily Low status.

It seems okay. Came with a Kindle charger. It didn't fit Ipad

I had to return a week after purchase. The ipad started running extremely hot and the screen became very bright possibly from over heating.

This came with the wrong cable. I called Best Buy and the only solution was for me to wait for a return envelope. ship, ship and wait for the correct cable...or drive 25 miles to local BB. So much for paying for concierge service.

Ipads had a few dents and chargers were old heavy ones.. we needed to give customers so couldnt keep these..

was not aware that there are two different types of IPad's, I am returning this one it is only supported with wifi

Wrong item sent had a difficult time returning it.

Do not but refurbished from Best Buy there is no support and the app cs can’t help only 3rd party. 3rd party has not replied and customer service tells me to drive to a store for help. Store gives me a number to call the number can’t help me… all over a broken charger port I have to fix myself now. Spend the extra 50 get a new one.

Ordered 10.2 in iPad and got 8 year old iPad Air, tried to return in store, wouldn’t reorder without paying different taxes. Tried to buy one in store and wouldn’t honor sale price of in store iPad at time of purchase 4 days ago. Just generally not that impressed with customer service and product service.

Only worked for about 6 months. Now it won’t find any WiFi networks and Apple is unable to repair. Waste of money.

I’ve purchased this item just a few weeks ago and it is now frozen in a reboot loop. Went through all the methods to get it restarted and have come up fruitless. I’m not happy with my purchase

Ordered 3 and 2 of the 3 are having issues. One will not charge and the other is constantly glitching.

I bought this tablet for going back to school; and since I had previously bought a Best Buy refurbished Samsung Tab A tablet nearly 10 years ago I had high hopes that this tablet would be in excellent working contain-I am so pleased! I bought this weeks ago and have only charged it once when I first received it, the battery life is incredible. I loved the option to track the delivery driver’s location on a map once they were a few hours away as well. The screen is in perfect condition, minus a tiny almost imperceptible spot on the right side of where the glass meets the case, about the size of the head of a pin. The back case is also in near perfect condition, with one minor scuff that was likely caused by using a case on the tablet. Other than that you can’t even tell it was used. It’s working great and will likely last me long after I finish going back to school. I was worried that it wouldn’t be able to handle iOS 18, as it’s getting on in age, but so far it’s been working great-just a tiny bit slow at loading apps at times, usually just the first time they are opened, but nothing crazy. Best Buy wanted over a $100 less than any other reseller, including Amazon, and I have had bad luck with Amazon’s refurbished electronics in the past having horrible battery life and weird glitchy problems. I willl definitely be buying from Best Buy in the future when I need refurbished electronics, hopefully not for awhile lol.

Keyboard compatibility is difficult to setup. I found I wasted a lot of time for something that should be easier.

When I got the iPad it came with no scratches or damage and it works pretty well

Super happy with this purchase. It's in excellent condition and very user friendly. Will be great to work and personal use!
