Works well for my purpose. Looked great and worked perfectly out of the box. I'm going to keep an eye out for more refurbed bargins.

I am very pleased with my purchase. The iPad was in near perfect condition with only a very light feather scratch in the upper right hand corner which has no impact to the across viewing of the screen. I was very pleasantly surprised to run a diagnostic on the battery and finding out it was a brand new one with just two charge cycles. I was not expecting their Geek Squad refurbishment to include a new (aftermarket) battery so that exceeded my expectations. The actual Air 5 is an incredible device. It is lightening fast. I can’t believe how much quicker it is than my 2020 iPad. The M1 chip is still a powerhouse even by 2026 standards. Definitely worth the money. Only minor issue was they committed that it would be delivered to my local Best Buy on a set date but it was late by two days due to a shipping delay. Not ideal but that is likely not an issue you will run into. Nice job on this one Besy Buy!

This was in like new condition, not even a fingerprint. Works perfectly and even came fully charged. The cord included was actually an 8 foot too. Great deal!

I had been searching for an ipad and i knew i wanted an Air. I just wasnt sure whch generation. Whem i found this one, i instantly fell in love with it, especially for the price! It arrived quicky amd worked perfectly. Ive been using it for school and i havent had any issues. I highly recommend it! I even bought the apple pencil, which i also recommend getting.

Solid performance – It uses the A14 Bionic chip, which delivers very good performance for browsing, streaming, gaming, multitasking. Reviewers found that even “heavy casual” use is smooth. Good battery life – In testing, it lasted around 10–11 hours of continuous web use. Great for everyday tasks – Given your workflow (gaming community, documents, spreadsheets, Discord, etc), this tablet is very capable: for watching streams, playing mobile games, running apps, and using it on the move it ticks many boxes.

It looks like new, well clean refurbished, iPad and battery life is also good.

Solid product for a great price. Refurbished iPads are a great way to go! It works well all around as an iPad. I have two critiques, however, that motivate me to return this product and upgrade. First, the battery life isn't great and it takes a while to charge. Secondly, and most importantly, 64g isn't enough for this iPad. iPadOS takes 11 gigs and System Data takes 10.3 gigs, so I'm already losing 21 gigs off the bat. This is nearly 20% of the total storage capacity which is pretty rough. Overall, it's still a good, workable product, but I'd be hesitant to recommend it if battery and storage are big factors for you...

I use it for my notes in nursing school and it is very useful. It is faster than the 10th generation. Works well. The color is pretty too ◡̈ got the apple pencil as well. Connects seamlessly

Overall, very nice deal, especially considering the price and no visible damage. But I did have a problem with charging, I need to bring it to the Apple store to fix the charging issue.

I honestly couldn't be happier with this refurbished iPad Air. While it arrived with a few light scratches on the frame and a small mark on the screen, they are barely noticeable once the display is powered on and don't affect the touch response at all. There’s also something that looks like water damage in the top right corner but it purely cosmetic (I think, lol). Overall good and I would buy again. :)

It is a good Ipad!! I have a pink ipad air 5th gen and it is amazing. I use it for notes for school as well with watching shows and stuff while working in homework. I had to buy one for my mom and sister… lol. If you’re debating in getting one for school this is your sign to get it, it’s very useful!

Fantastic quality for being refurbished, works like a charm and I have never been happier! I do wish I purchased one with a bit more space though. Overall 9.5/10!

I was pleasantly surprised that "refurbished" in this case meant next to nothing. Not so much as a scratch anywhere on this iPad, and it works perfectly. Apparently some people trade in iPads as often as they trade in iPhones.

The iPad comes ok, there is a minor scratch on the screen, but considering the price, this is acceptable.
