    The screen was scratched and it came with the wrong charging cable (not just a different brand but wouldn’t even connect). First and last time I’ll buy refurbished from best buy

    I ordered this online and placed it to the wrong address by accident. I called within minutes to have it sent to the right address. They told me to go sort it out in store (even though I ordered it online), then in store they told me to call the same number, whichI did, then they eventually told me to call the police and kick rocks after it was delivered to the wrong address. Supported best buy for years and even bought their stupid membership only to be continually taken advantage of. Once this membership expires, I will never use Best Buy or any of their services ever again.

    Basically works like new so far. Just somtimes doesn't respond to Apple Pencil Gen 2. Still had 2 months original warranty though. Battery health 100%.

    This is my first tablet and so far I am enjoying it very much. I really like that I can use it just like my phone when at home, since it is WiFi only. Stil getting used the functionality but I am very happy with my decision to get this tablet.
