Few scratches so barely visible you have to hold it at a perfect angle to see it because it is so shallow. And need bright light. Worked great right out of the box and I got an official Apple charging brick. Bought this because it has the m1 so it is as powerful as a small laptop and boy the quality I got was amazing. Must buy if you are entering college because note taking on this saves so much weight and it doubles as a screen for entertainment so no need for a TV. Threw a paper texture screen protector on so I don’t scratch it and ruin it. 100% worth the price, like the most powerful device for quickly pulling out and doing something.

I’m really happy with it! It came with a charger and was in excellent condition—no scratches at all. It honestly looked and felt brand new to me. The only downside is that the battery doesn’t last as long as I’d like. It dies a bit quicker than expected, but considering it’s an older model, that’s understandable. You get what you pay for, and I’m definitely not complaining. Overall, this was a great buy and I absolutely love it!

Just got it, looks amazing. There is just one pretty big scratch on the screen but it’s honestly not a huge deal, works great looks great. If you wanna save a bit of cash refurbished is the way to go

I needed an Ipad for school and this is the perfect one for it. It is light but works great. It had a little crack on the corner but didn’t have a problem in the performance. Having an Ipad is so useful for academics but also for watching movies or drawing.

Works well, has very minor details on the back, otherwise can’t tell new from used.

Came in excellent conditions, just a very minor scratch on the screen but is not even noticeable. I’ve had it for a few months now and it works great!

Only thing that’s incorrect is about the all day battery thing. Not sure if it’s just mine but when i tested it running on YouTube for 6 hours straight and it was out of batteries. Still good enough for me tho. So if you have kids that are watching the iPad on a plane for car trip, this won’t last all day. Might be on all day but if you want to use it for YouTube, Minecraft, or Roblox? Def not all day.

My iPad Air came in good as new; without dents or scratches and was ready to set up. However, for some reason it had already turned on and Siri was talking to me from inside the sealed box when I picked up the mail. Other than that, I have not had issues with it since I received it in May 2024. The battery life is great, it seems to last much longer than my iPhone 15. If you are an artist or a photographer, it runs Photoshop and similar programs smoothly. I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

It works very well and came with a great charger. Looks brand new! Shipping was quick. The screen is perfect and very high quality. The battery lasts a long time. It’s a great deal for the price! I haven’t had an ipad since 2017 and this one did not disappoint. I highly recommend.

I ordered this ipad online at the best buy store got it this morning and their is a cat emoji laser engraved into the back. I know that not a make or break situation im just upset i wasnt made aware that they would sell me an engraved product. It did come with a charger and had no screen damage just one dent on the back. Touch id works and is updating now.

Decided to get the refurbed iPad Air 5th because the price was too good to pass up. Delivery was fast and the item was sent in a plain brown box. Inside the box was a generic 20W USB-C fast charger, and a brand new iPad Air! Not new to me new but brand new in condition. Absolutely no scratches, dings, scuffs or marks anywhere on the device. I guess a Best Buy refurb means brand new but just without a box, and that is just fine by me!

Arrived really fast, perfect condition, no scratches, any sign of use, perfect battery. Highly recommend!

Arrived like new. I do not see anything that would have led me to believe these were used. They did come with chargers that are not apple branded.

Saw this iPad Air and I thought to myself wow what a deal. I never owned an iPad so I was really excited. I even but the pencil that goes with it it was delivered and the pencil doesn't work with it I tried everything turns out this iPad they gave me it's 9th generation! And I didn't even realize it till it was too late! Instead of having the 15-day return I only had 12 because it took 3 days for it to be delivered so that's 3 days I couldn't even look nor have the iPad physically! Luckily I paid this thing with PayPal so they could shove it down their throats when they say no you can't return it

This was a purchase that I was skeptical about but it was completely worth it. I recommend to all that are considering going this route.

It was the worst mistake to purchase from Geek squad. Its charging port wasn’t working plus bad condition from back and i gifted it to someone abroad. Such a shame when the opened it and try to charge it. Had to purchase brand new 6th Gen. I would suggest always purchase new gadgets rather then used especially from geek squad.

I ordered this specific ipad and got it delivered super fast. But once I opened it the power button was cracked and it took me a trip to best buy to get it sorted out I had to buy a new ipad because I used my previous ipad for school which I traded it in for this one just super disappointed with how it came

Bestbuy shipped the charger and cord on top of the glass(even though the box had its own charger compartment) so during shipping the metal usb scrapped the glass. Best part is the cord they sent me is the wrong cord for the charging brick. Geek squad really disappointed me on this. Not sure I'd ever order a refurbished through Bestbuy after this.
