I have a 9th gen iPad that is showing its age already, slow to start and load apps. So I traded it with an iPad Air M2 and boy I was thrilled why I waited long to upgrade. This one boots and loads apps fast. The screen was also brighter, sharper and livelier and fast so really enjoyed watching videos. Also the sound was louder and livelier and using it with my Bose bluetooth headphones and speakers, the sound was trully good and immersive. I bought a case with stand to trully enjoy watching vidoes on it. Trade-in with Best Buy is super easy and no questions asked. Looking to surely trade-in more items with them in the future.

I had a 8th Gen iPad. It was difficult for me to bring it on the trip to transfer photos I took using a mirrorless camera. The speed was slow. I bought iPad Air M2 for this in mind. I did not want to send too much money to upgrade and understood M2 and M3 do not make much difference. Refurbished price was much lower than a new one and trade-in gave me a great incentive as well. I spent less than $400 to get a like-new-one iPad Air. It also work well with my intended photo transfer.

Battery dies fast but other than that, great item. Love the color

I was kind of skeptical in buying refurbished but i took the chance and im glad i did when i received the ipad it was basically brand new it didnt have the original packaging but it was packaged very well and with care and came with the charger and adapter im very happy with my purchase and will most likely be considering refurbished products in the future.

Ipad came in good condition, battery health was at 100% and only about 50 cycles, the battery itself though doesn't last long (I had an ipad air 3 before this and the battery life feels the same, which is expected kind of as apple says they both have around 10 hours), runs smoothly in 2026, doesn't overheat, overall a pretty good ipad!

Came in good condition. Was a little disappointed to see the battery had been charged through over 100 times with a max capacity of around 90%, but I guess I can't complain since it's refurbished
