Its really great the iapd is flawless performance is perfect !

Although it didn’t come in the apple box, the ipad itself was in perfect condition and has given me no problems whatsoever. I s had it for probably a year now! It works great and it’s pretty high speed.

They didnt refurbish anything on this. Screen is all scratched up, there is a chunk of aluminum missing. Back is all scratched. Absolute joke

The iPad Pro runs like new—fast, smooth, and handles multitasking well. Face ID and the display are top-tier. As a refurbished unit, mine had a small scuff on the back, but the screen was flawless and battery life was strong. Great value for the price, especially if you pair it with a Pencil or keyboard.

Geek Squad Certified Refurbished describes itself as professionally cleaned and repaired, and that wasn't the case here. The iPad arrived with a brown sticky liquid all over the back, and took a good 20 minutes or so to clean. There was nothing in the shipping box that could've leaked a sticky liquid, so I can only assume the iPad wasn't actually cleaned before being sent. Regarding the actual condition of the iPad, it's 8/10. The screen looks like new, the body looks okay, but the glass logo on the back had a large scratch from end to end that is very visible even from a distance. Given the iPad was always going to be attached to a Magic Keyboard in my use case, I elected to ignore it, but keep in mind if you're expecting a clean iPad. The iPad comes in a brown box with an original Apple 20W charger, USB-C cable, and an Insignia Lightning cable for some reason. You get a 90 day warranty through Geek Squad with this, and cannot add AppleCare+. The battery health of the iPad was 93% upon unboxing with 106 cycles, which was determined by looking at the Analytics data files since this iPad doesn't show the health in settings. Overall, if this is the lowest price you can find around, it's acceptable, but I'd eyeball Apple's Certified Refurbished program for the same tablet. It's around $80 more expensive there, but you get 1 year of AppleCare directly with Apple, a new battery, and a guaranteed "like new" appearance.

I gave 3 stars because everything was perfect until I found 1 flaw that forced me to return it. I didn't get my SmartCover until a week or 2 later and it was only then I found the problem. Other than that the iPad met or exceeded all my expectations. I suspect this iPad was originally returned for just this reason and either it wasn't correctly documented or the Geek Squad didn't read it. That it was stripped down (no cover) and everything except that was inspected and tested.

I could not handle the eye strain of the M4 dual OLEDs so I got this used M2. It is perfect. As long as the display and battery last I am perfectly fine with it. Hopefully they will update Airs with single layer Oled and FaceID. That would be ideal.

This iPad Pro is very fast and efficient, however the battery life is poor on these models. They drain very quickly

I already own two of these and purchased a third. It is really the perfect iPad from a size perspective and I like the fact that Apple reduced the size of the bezel. It gets great battery life and I am able to use the device on a single charge for almost the entire day. But I would obviously purchase again and do recommend the device.
