Doesn't work

Apparently this is a common problem. Then after reloading IOS now it has locked me out because it does not recognize the initial password and says o need to find previous owner. Great, no wonder it's a refurb. Apparently not refurbed enough

Broke after 3 months
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Received product with no information or receipt in package, no warranty information. I didn't think much of it as expected to last a long time, but after 3 months no longer charging. I called Geek Squad and they told me to call Apple. I explained I bought at BestBuy.com refurbished and she said unfortunately after 30 days we can't help you. Product poor and service horrible. Online shows 90 day warranty, but I doubt BB would honor based on my experience, so good luck buying refurbished product.
