Disappointed; not as described!

No eart pads , did not work at all and poorly packaged. Never seem Best Buy ship item how this one was. extremely disappointing.

I upgraded from my AirPod 2's and it was completely worth it. Noise cancellation is incredible. The dynamic head tracking is real unique as well I gave it a 4 because the sound quality is good great, but not the best ever

I found them to be amazing when I want to be able to hear bionically, as well as listen to music with that perfect sound. I am an audio file and I find these AirPod Pro twos to be a game changer! Convenient and easy to use. They seamlessly switch between my different Apple devices and I find that to be perfection. Thanks B. B.!
