Great sound, no complaints. I had high hopes that these would be a little more comfortable than the non pro buds, but they are still not great (comfort-wise). Love the option to adjust sound on the ear pod.

I always have problems with the AirPod staying in my ear so I purchased these to solve that problem. Not sure if it was the AirPods or just bad reception but when I used them, I was told sometimes that they could not hear me.

Bought these phones for my wife! She absolutely loves them. They were an upgrade from her previous AirPods. The noise cancellation is amazing and the volume control is really neat, along with the spatial sound aspect. Definitely recommend.

Saved some money buying refurbished and would definitely do it again. They’re comparable to a brand new pair. Just as clean, startup/set up like new and works perfectly. I had the prior generation and I’m glad they fixed the bugs. Honestly, these are the best ear phones I’ve owned to date.

This is my third set and I forgot about the refurbished ones because they’re easily lost, but they were great. although I’m considering getting the Ray-Ban metal glasses.

Bought these for my girlfriend. They’re working fine. The AirPods are in good working condition, nothing is missing. The box the AirPods came in is okay but besides that everything else works well

These were certified refurbished and after a terrible mistake with my last brand new pair I decided to try it and it was basically brand new. I couldn’t tell that they’d even been refurbished.

I was quite skeptical at first but it’s with the risk. Came in excellent condition and works perfectly, even the battery lasts longer than expected.

Purchased AirPod Pro earphones relinquished. Product came in original box, clean, having all assessories and product literature. Pro's sound great! Noise cancellation and transparent (mixing of ambient noise) are VERY nice features. I love these AirPod Pros.

These are way better than the og airpods. they stay in my ears better and the sound is better too. i also appreciate that they read messages and have phone answering capabilities

These are GREAT but APPLE CARE is useless. We took the first damaged one, after 7 months to Best Buy & they said theres nothing they could do. No help.

i bought these a couple months ago and everything came in just as the new ones look in the box everything works perfectly fine the sound quality is great and connection is amazing as well I can go two floors up and my AirPods would still be connected overall 10/10 would recommend.

airpod pros literally saved my sanity in school / work and would def recommend buying some, audio quality is good, bass wise, you would need to tweak a bit but yea does the job just fine.

Purchased for my teenager whose level of responsibility didn’t warrant any further Investment anymore full price Apple products. She’s very happy and we saved a few dollars. Product has given us no issues.

Fantastic sound quality! I finally made the decision to upgrade from my generic ear pods to the 2nd gen airpod pros and I am so amazed at the sound quality; they compare in sound to my Beats headphones and I am very happy

I have now purchased two electronic items from the Best Buy refurbished section (Apple Watch and these AirPods Pro (2nd gen). Both products have been like new and have worked perfectly (the watch for years!).

Love. They block out my boyfriends snoring. Gave 5 stars because they don’t hold a charge through the whole night. But they do charge fast.
