Overall, solid 9.5 out of 10. Really good and reliable. I believe that Geek Squad goes above and beyond. I use them daily and no issues. The only thing that would make it a 10 is the Packaging. I always like the boxes they come in.

Bought a pair as a gift for my uncle he loved them. Sound quality is great I personally still use my first gen but once they give out I’ll know what to buy next.

These are great AirPods. I bought them as a refurbished item. They were in great shape, like brand new. The sound quality and noise canceling are awesome. The different modes of noise canceling are nice also.

Love them, good range connection, sound is great, the volumen up and down just sliding your finger over the AirPod FANTASTIC

Upgraded from the first generation regular airpods which i gave away after 3 months since the airpods kept getting lose in my ear and I had to keep pushing them in. The noice cancellation is a game changer for me. I’d recommend them for sure.

i had ordered a pair with the hopes of them being good, since i had heard good things. i received the pair, and i genuinely believe they were not real airpods. the way they connected to my phone were not like normal, and the noise cancellation or transparency mode did not work at all. neither worked. i then returned the original pair, and had another pair ordered after returning the first. after receiving this pair, i do believe these are real. they work well, except the battery life of the case itself doesnt even last two days even when i DON’T use them at all. i have to constantly recharge it, even after not using them. the buds themselves hold a charge okay, just not the case. also for the original purchase i had used a $5 off coupon, but after returning it i never got that credit back even though the product was defective. i contacted customer support and they said it’d be re-credited in 10-15 days, but it has been much longer than that and i still have not received any credit back. even though it’s only $5, since the product was originally defected i think i should get it back. overall, if you’re thinking about this refurbished pair, you’re better off price matching a new pair for $200

These headphones are great they came with everything that was expected. They were clean and the quality of the sound is amazing. I would highly recommend getting them refurbished so you do not have to pay full price.

They sound great, but not as great as the Bose Quiet Comfort II. However, the wireless charging and the “find my” capabilities won my purchase.
