AWFUL Customer Service and they sent me the wrong

I have been a loyal customer for years but after today I will not be. You cannot get support. I ordered AirPods Pro 2nd generation for my son. My order states 2nd generation. I paid more to get the 2nd generation. I found out today they sent me 1st generation. You cannot contact the closest store. The call routes to a call center and after speaking to six different people over a period of 2 hours and 5 minutes. I have no resolution. Our closest store closed down this year and I am sure that issues like this is why. The closest store to me is almost an hour away. I understand Damien Harmon is the CEO. I will try to contact corporate headquarters on Monday to share my experience. I’m sure Best Buy saves money by outsourcing their customer support services out. This level of customer support will lead to all of your stores closing.

Loose ear bud

Only negative is the right earbud doesn’t fit my ear snug. Left one is secure but the left one falls out. Don’t know if it’s my ear or the earbud but my last pair didn’t fall out.

Sweat makes them fall out pretty easily sometimes.
